- 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp Kalounji
- 1.5 tbsp Roasted crushed cumin
- 2-3 chopped Green chillies
- 1/4 cup chopped Corriender
- To taste salt
- 5-6 Curry leaves
- 💕For frying
- As required Oil for deep frying
Instructions to make to make Allu kai samosai
- 💕For dough : Take a bowl (tashla) add flour in it then add salt and cumin and then add water as required mix it
- Then when it becomes a dough texture then knead it well then apply oil over it and put it aside... It will take almost 5 to 10 min in the prepration of dough...
- Potatoes stuffing :Now boil the potatoes and mashed them it will take almost 15 min for potatoes to boil then mashed the potatoes now together all ingredients chopped corriender and green chillies... Then add oil in a wok and let it heat for 2 min on medium flame..
- Then add cumin and after 2 min and red chilli flakes, salt, roasted crushed cumin, Kalounji, chopped green chillies, corriender and let if broil for 5 min..
- Now add mashed potatoes and fry them for 5 min then take them out of wok and let it cool for 5 to 10 min..
- Then make small balls of dough flatten them with rolling pin in oval shape then cut from centre
- Then took one part of it and fold then apply water over another side and then stick both sides then stuff potatoes inside it..
- Then apply water and stick and gave a samosa shape... Then dust flour over a tray and put all samosas over it... I made 26 samosas from the dough...
- Then add oil in a wok heat it then add samosas fry them until golden brown on low flame...
- Then serve with raita and immli ke chutney ❤
