- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup immli water
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp roasted crushed dhaniya
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies
- 1/4 tsp yellow food colour
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp chopped corriender
- ❤For samosa filling
- 1 boiled potato
- 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- To taste salt
- 1/2 tbsp chopped capsicum
- As required samosa wraps
- ❤For packing of samosa

- 3 tbsp flour
- Oil for deep frying

- 2 tbsp chopped Corriender
- 1 tbsp chopped Green chilli
Instructions to make to make Chutney walai samosai
- Chutney prepration :At first boiled potatoes they will take 15 min in boiling, cut the potatoes then soak immli in water for 10 mints and seporate it's seeds and take almost 1tsp of water and yellow food colour in it and mix..
- Then add boiled potatoes cubes and 1/4cup of immli pulp and water then blend it well for 5 min
- Then in a wok add oil then add 1/2tsp red chilli flakes, roasted chopped dhaniya, cumin, salt and green chillies broil for 3 to 4 min then add blended potatoes broil for 2 to 3 min..
- Then after 2 to 3 min when it becomes thick then add red food colour then cook for 2 to 3 min then garnish corriender and put aside....
- Samosa filling :Boil 1potatoes and mashed it then add black pepper, soya sauce and salt
- Then add 1.5tsp of chopped capsicum and mix... Then for sealing add flour and water and mix it then take samosa wraps and fold
- Then stuff the potatoes and then seal it corners with the flour and water mixture and put aside... Then put them in refrigerator for 10 min..
- Then add oil in a wok let it heat then add samosas in it and fry on low flame until golden brown
- Then garnish chutney, green chillies and corriender and serve...
